I speak and consult on various aspects of institutional building. I am committed to assisting higher education institutions in Africa to develop their human capital needs through an effective recruitment process, improve student learning outcomes through robust assessment, and to build institutional capacity for internationalisation, teaching effectiveness, research, service and extension in an atmosphere that is characterized by trust and a commitment to academic excellence. I assist institutions with securing grants within and from outside Nigeria that are transformational in nature and with accountability on how the grant funds are utilized based on outcomes.

My experience has been that it is always better to tailor offerings to colleagues’ specific needs and context. My presentations are set in the ‘real world’ context of the pressures and expectations of universities in the increasingly competitive and global market. Usually, I start with an interactive presentation and then follow up with some sort of relevant activity to give participants some ‘hands-on experience’. If preferred, I offer research seminars instead of interactive workshops. Workshops and seminars are supported by PowerPoint presentations and hard copies of supporting materials and hand-outs will be provided. Fees are negotiable.
